We only provide donations in the Australian Dollar (AUD). Shoptodonate membership is available through registration process. You may register for an account with our website by completing and submitting the account registration form on our website, and clicking on the verification link in the email that the website will send to you.
You must not allow any other person to use your account to access the website. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
As a registered Shoptodonate member you can donate to your nominated cause for making a purchase from various retailers which are listed on our website. Shoptodonate can only provide donation on legitimate, genuine and completed transactions which successfully tracked and verified by the retailer. Once your transaction is successfully tracked and verified by the retailer, we get a commission from the retailer and we pass on this commission in the form of donation to your nominate cause.
Also take into consideration that under certain circumstances, your transaction may not get tracked or qualify for a donation. Under any conditions, we cannot be held responsible for the same. Retailers deem a transaction to be genuine or valid through their own set of rules. A transaction deemed as in-genuine or invalid by the retailer would not qualify for a donation.
From time to time retailers may increase or decrease the donation rates in which case the donation offer illustrated on our site may be inaccurate. We take practical and reasonable care and skill to ensure that the data provided on Shoptodonate is accurate and up to date. However, we give no warranty of the accuracy of any information on the website and do not accept liability for any errors or omissions, neither do we accept liability for any resulting damage or loss.
Once a member successfully completes a donation qualifying transaction and we have received the resulting donation from that donation qualifying transactions from related retailer, we pass that donation to the member nominated cause. Currently Shoptodonate only offers bank and PayPal transfers. The cause can make a payment request as per their convenience once they have met a certain criteria.
A cause can withdraw confirmed donations when you have at least $15 in your account. User must ensure to provide correct and updated payment details. Shoptodonate will not take any responsibility in the event of incorrect payment made. It is the responsibility of the member's cause to pay any tax that may be due is paid according to tax rules.
The website contains external links to websites operated by parties other than Shoptodonate, these links are provided for information and as a service to our users. By clicking/activating these links, you will leave Shoptodonate website. We do not have any control over the nature, content and availability of those sites, will accept no responsibility for the contents or any loss or damages that may result from using these external websites.
You undertake to Shoptodonate that you will not use the Shoptodonate website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.

Please note that all transactions you make are with individual retailers not with Shoptodonate. We are not engaged in any way in the transactions you make on any of the retailer's website listed on Shoptodonate. Our role is to only redirects you to the retailer's website. Thus we are free from any liability or legal obligations that may be applicable to the sellers of those goods and services.
We reserve the right to terminate inactive accounts due to administration overhead or any other reason. In order to keep your account active and make sure it doesn't get marked as inactive simply log into your account at least once every 12 months.
You hereby expressly agree to receive communications by e-mails from Shoptodonate relating to services provided through the website.
All the provisions of this document and our relationship with each user of Shoptodonate, is governed by the laws of Australia.
