We are committed to ensuring that this website is accessible to everyone regardless of disability, capability or technology. This website complies with W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 and Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI)
Whilst we strive to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website.
The text on our website is written in plain English. We use layout to make the text easy for you to read. All text is resizable. If it is too small or large for easy reading, you can use your browser settings to display it at the size you prefer.
Quick Tip If you are using any of the major browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Opera) , you can increase and decrease the size of the fonts in your browser by holding down the Ctrl key and move the mouse wheel up or down. Alternatively, you can press down and hold the Ctrl key and press either the + (plus) or - (minus) keys on the top of the keyboard to increase and decrease the font.
Super Tip All major browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Opera) also support pressing the Ctrl key and 0 (zero) at the same time to reset the font back to the default font.
We use images for several purposes in our website. For each image, a descriptive alternative text is provided.
We have carefully chosen the wording for text links within the website to make sure it is clear, unique and complete.
We aim to provide well structured and unique heading titles of each page as this provides an indication about the contents of the pages. It confirms the users that they are on the page they think they are on. It also distinguishes between pages when more than one tab or window open.
This website has been cross-platform and cross-browser tested and is currently compatible with all modern browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Opera).
This website has been developed and tested using Responsive Web Design. The objective of responsive design is to develop web pages that detect the visitor’s screen size and orientation and change the layout accordingly. This website works all across devices including PC, MAC, tablets and smart phones.
The completion of forms on our website is easy and well structured. All of the form fields contain appropriate text labels and captions. Error handling is also implemented as mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk mark.
